Today I am hosting the blog tour for Prima Facie by Netta NewBound, a Psychological Serial Killer Thriller and book 4 in the Adam Stanley Series. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to review this book as my TBR pile is getting out of control and I wouldn’t be able to get to it before the blog tour, but this is certainly a book that I will be adding to my TBR pile (after all what’s one more book?). It certainly sounds like my type of read. Netta has very kindly wrote a guest post for The Book Review Café which you can read below

It’s strange how things turn out. I began writing single title thriller novels with killers who are relatable and for whom the reader hopefully roots for. The last thing I expected was for my books to go off on a tangent of their own.
For example, my first book BEHIND SHADOWS is about a woman, Amanda, who had been a childhood victim of her father’s paedophile ring. When her father is released from prison, he and several of his cronies turn up dead. With no alibi, and a diagnosis of multiple personality disorder, Amanda begins to seriously question if she could be the killer.
Then, enter stage left–, the cop, Adam Stanley. Little did I know the interest this supposedly secondary character would receive. Lots of people contacted me asking if there would be a second Adam Stanley book. There was no mention of Amanda, the main character, which I thought was bizarre. But I wasn’t about to knock it. People were buying my books and asking for more, and so The Adam Stanley series came about.
PRIMA FACIE is the fourth and potentially the last in the series—I’ll leave it to the readers to decide. It follows Adam and Amanda’s life so far. But my killers no longer get away with murder. Adam wouldn’t be a very good homicide detective if I allowed that to happen now, would he?

In this fast-moving suspense novel, Detective Adam Stanley searches for Miles Muldoon, a hardworking, career-minded businessman, and Pinevale’s latest serial killer.
Evidence puts Muldoon at each scene giving the police a prima facie case against him.
But as the body count rises, and their suspect begins taunting them, this seemingly simple case develops into something far more personal when Muldoon turns his attention to Adam and his family.
