Today I’m thrilled to have awesome #BookBlogger Katherine answer those pesky #TopFiveThursday questions. Katherine blogs over at https://bibliomaniacuk.blogspot.co.uk and I just love Katherine’s blog and reviews they are always full of heart and passion. I always look out for her latest reviews as they are such a pleasure to read. In 2017 Katherine launched a virtual Bibliomaniac’s Book Club which is a monthly blog post. Top 5 blogging tips that you would give to new bloggers?
Keep a separate diary with the dates of blog tours, publication dates of any arcs you’re reading and anything else to do with your blog – this will also help you manage your TBR pile (or not!!)
If you use Twitter, add a ‘pinned tweet’ with your latest blog post and– it’s a great way for people to return a retweet and for you to promote a particular post
Try to ignore statistics about followers and views– they are fickle and distracting
Ask to join some of the book blogger Facebook pages – they are such a source of inspiration, support, friendship and a fountain of knowledge to all those questions we all have!
Always be respectful about the books you review even when it’s not your cup of tea. Someone has poured their heart and soul into those pages and writing a novel is so much harder than it looks!

My name is Katherine Sunderland and I am a bibliomaniac! I love books – reading them, reviewing them and talking about them!
In January 2016 I started my blog, https://bibliomaniacuk.blogspot.co.uk where I share my book reviews, guest posts, author interviews and blog tour posts.
I run Bibliomaniac events in a lovely pub in the town where I live. Authors come along and chat about their books; people have a chance to buy the books, enjoy a drink, win prizes in a raffle and mingle with the authors.
In 2017 I launched a virtual Bibliomaniac’s Book Club which is a monthly blog post with a paperweight choice and a paperlight choice depending on the kind of thing your group is looking for. I provide questions, discussion topics and lots of other things to help kick start any book group’s book chat.
I now have a website too https://www.bibliomaniacuk.co.uk so you can catch up with a weekly update of my current reads, buy tickets for my events and catch up with any interviews or blog tour posts you may have missed!
